| Step 1. | Get non-proxy IP address from this page and then trace route or use Visual Route™ to get geographical location. The private login list refreshes every few seconds and keeps a permanent record of member logins. The viewers online page shows the non-proxy IP address of every viewer with every performer, both member and non member, and provides a quick link to monitor video and chat. | |
| Step 2. | Access Member Information |
Enter first few letters of a member name in the box to the left then select it from the listing. Leave blank for a complete listing. Compare the address on the members credit card to the geographical location indicated on your trace route. Check to see if the general area that the member is connecting from is close to the address on the credit card. If the country does not match - ban by changing members password and issue a refund. Member accounts may also be edited or deleted here. |
| Step 3. | Monitor Online Performers Video and Chat |
Monitor online private and free chat. View and edit chat logs. Kick performers off-line. Kick or ban performers or members from private or free chat. This area can also be used to send simultaneous messages to all chat channels from any room. Watch for performers who try to circumvent this website or ignore member requests in private. |
| Step 4. | Use member research tools | Use member research tools to determine members spending activity. Cross reference multiple accounts on same credit card or e-mail address. Pay particular attention to large purchases made in relatively short time. |
| Step 5. | Edit Banned Chat Strings | When a user enters any of these strings into chat, they will automatically be disconnected. These are not case sensitive. |

When a user attempts to sign-up with any information matching these strings, their credit card will be automatically denied. This happens before the credit card is sent to the bank for approval. |

Print one performer per page sales statistics. This is generally the copy that is delivered to the performer along with their payout. It does not show the website name that generated the sales and thus prevents the urge for the performer to gravitate to the most productive affiliate website. |
